Brought two belts from them a while back. I accidentally gave the wrong measurements for one of the belts and they repaired/altered without extra charge! Provided details on how to take care of the belts to make them last a long time. Offered the conditioner for the belts too and even did a show and tell of how to use it. Only the most durable and comfortable shoe I have ever worn - forget about berkenstocks my Korkers have lasted me way longer. Korkers offer a re-sole for free no matter how long you have these shoes. A credit to this NZ company for producing such fab footwear.
